E-Check payments through Paypal take an average of 4 days to clear. Your order will be processed once the payment has cleared. Returned or Refused Orders Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval. Prices on our website will be the the most current. Back Order Policy Sisters of The Earth and Sea will ship out backordered items as soon as they come in, unless the item is under $5.00. If the item is under $5.00, we will notify you to reorder the item along with an estimated due date. Return Policy Returns If you need to return a product to Sisters of The Earth and Sea you must contact us within 30 days of receipt by emailing sisearthandsea@aol.com or by calling us at 1-254-698-2171. You must have the original invoice number to reference. Sisters of The Earth and Sea will only accept items for return that are approved. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Damages If you are missing merchandise from you order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Sisters of The Earth and Sea will upon your request replace any merchandised that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of Sisters of The Earth and Sea.
